«ETH Zurich would like to see a strong signal of solidarity from its alumnae and alumni* towards the next generation. I’m sure that together we can do this!»
Prof. Dr. Joël Mesot, President of ETH Zurich
«Every donation from ETH alumnae and alumni* for the Centre for Students and Entrepreneurs will be matched 1:1 by Fondation Alcea – up to one million francs. Your donation will double in value!»
Fondation Alcea

*The match applies not only to all donations from alumnae and alumni, but also from other private individuals such as ETH members, and from companies stemming from ETH such as ETH spin-offs.
Thanks to the generous support of numerous donors who believe in the significance and potential influence of the Centre for Students and Entrepreneurs, realisation of the venture is drawing ever closer.
A total of 25 million Swiss francs have already been raised! In order for the project to be completed, further donors are needed to provide the remaining 15 million Swiss francs required.
By launching their Challenge, Fondation Alcea pledge to match every contribution donated by ETH alumnae and alumni* 1:1 – up to one million Swiss francs. A chance for the project to take another huge step forward!

«The Centre for Students and Entrepreneurs will be a meeting place for science and industry – and a creative hotspot.»
Jeannine Pilloud, President ETH Alumni Association

«As head of the Student Project House, I experience every day how essential the learning processes outside the lecture hall are for students. We can hardly wait to see every single square metre of the new building come to life – with creative minds, ideas and prototypes.»
Lucie Rejman, Head of Student Project House, ETH alumna

«I’d have been spared many a wrong path if I’d had the chance of closer exchange with other start-ups. Future young entrepreneurs will have this at the Centre for Students and Entrepreneurs every day – a great project!».
Lukas Ambühl, young entrepreneur, ETH alumnus

«Great achievements need the best possible framework conditions. By supporting the Centre for Students and Entrepreneurs, I want to empower future young entrepreneurs at ETH!»
Dominique Gisin, former ski racer, Olympic champion, ETH alumna

«To be sure that technical innovations are transferred to society, I teach my students to think and act like entrepreneurs at an early stage.»
